We specialize in Engineering and Design, such as Medium to Heavy Fabrications varying from Piping, Crusher Frames, Screens, Feeders, Grizzly Feeders, Chutes, Square to Rounds and complete Plant Structures. Our dedicated team has been servicing the mining industry over a number of years and has a wealth of knowledge on the manufacturing of Vibratory Screens and Feeders.
Well over 200 of these machines has been designed, built and installed over the years. Products include but are not limited to design and build Kilns, Bins, Factories.

We also offer turnkey projects on the latter. Our team has also designed and fabricated phase 1 and 2 of Lyttleton Dolomite’s Expansion Project inclusive of a 35 ton Static Grizzly Bin, 30 ton Feed Bin and various Feed Chutes, Conveyors, Vibrating Screens and Feeders. In Cement Plants we do fabrications on Structural, Silos, Blending Plants, Precepts, Ducting and all types of Piping, Bucket Elevators, Pan, Chain and Belt conveyors. Upon request, we also do complete Plant Maintenance. We have also recently completed a new thickener dam for SAPPI. One of our current projects is with Katanga where we are manufacturing Stainless Steel Silos 40m high.
We are also currently doing work for Kusile and Medupi power stations. We have strict quality measures in place. All our welders are coded welders and our QCP’s and WPS’s are available for inspection.
